I’m constantly amazed at the power of affirmations. I’ve been using them for a little over one year, and have gotten into the habit of saying them every morning as I drive in to work. What a great and positive way to start the day! Even if they didn’t manifest incredible things into my life, they get my mind into an optimistic state that lasts me through the day. People always ask me why I’m so perky in the morning…
Anyway, things seem to fall into place just the way I affirm them. The interesting thing is how they manifest – seldom the way I expect them to! That is Lesson One of affirmations: don’t tell the universe how to give you what you want. Simply affirm the outcome, and expect it to come to you in creative ways. Lesson Two: Don’t be surprised when it manifests, and be ready to accept it.
It’s not just me. Affirmations are working for my clients, my friends and my family.
More next week on exactly how to create and state your affirmations…
