If you are experiencing more than a couple of these signs, you should take a good look at your life. Is there meaning in what you do? Do you have purpose in your life? Do you feel passionate about anything that you do? If you can’t answer those questions, or the answers are “NO”, then it’s time for you to make a change. Get a different job, move, get a new hobby. But before you change, figure out what the change will do for you, so that you’re moving towards purpose, and not to yet another dead end. And, yes, a good coach can help you with that!
