Were you shocked when you completed your coach’s training and didn’t have a line of people queued up outside your door, waiting to be clients? I know I was! What I didn’t understand during my coach training (or refused to understand) was that if you are to create your own coaching practice, you must first build your business! Without structure, process, marketing, and knowledge of social media, you will have a tough time making a living as a coach. In addition to running your business, you also have to keep up your certification and credentials, or obtain them in order to keep your ICF membership. That’s a lot to do on top of coaching!

Coaching Classes


Increasing Personal and Professional Effectiveness

    Are you looking to gather CCEUs for an ICF membership or credential, while gaining a deep, abiding understanding of the ICF Core Competencies? This interactive class delves into the Competencies in a way that will greatly enhance your coaching, and increase your chances of getting your ACC. It is full of demonstrations, practice and activities that will inspire the participants to improve their interactions after the very first class. 30 CCEUs.
    Specifics:

  • Class size: 3 - 10 participants
  • Length: 30 hours, given in 3-hour increments over a period of 10 weeks
  • based on number of participants, from $2,000 each for 3 participants to $900 each for 10 participants


Coach’s Bootcamp

    If you are just starting your business, or have been a coach for a while and feel like your business is stuck in low gear, this class is for you! Real Results has partnered with Business Owner’s Institute (BOI) to create a 4-week intensive bootcamp that will help you:

  • Determine your Target Market
  • Set up your Prospect Pipeline
  • Create a closing process that really works
  • Map out your business processes to make your business sustainable

  • Class size: 5-8 participants
  • Length: 2 ½ hour classes given once a week for 4 weeks
  • Cost: $350


Positive Team Coaching

    Team coaching is very different from group coaching, as you coach the team as a single entity. Learn the secrets of effective team coaching, broadening your horizons as a coach, and increasing opportunities. (CCEU request pending)
    Specifics:

  • Class size: 3-6 participants
  • Length: 18 hours, given over a period of 3 days
  • Cost: based on number of participants, from $1,200 for 3 participants to $750 each for 6 participants
