What sets you apart from other coaches is your style. You have a way of being direct, but in a gentle, calm way that doesn't put people on the defensive. It was very easy to relax and be myself. Being able to completely let all my defenses down and be totally honest with you allowed me to learn and grow to my fullest capability.
