As a leadership coach, Kathy partners with her clients to identify their personal and professional objectives and map out the best path to achievement. As an Agile and Team Coach, Kathy is recognized for coaching her teams to high-performance. Specializing in team building, motivation and getting the job done right, Kathy helps her clients perform at their very best. Her article on “Positive Team Coaching” has been accepted for the upcoming Pfeiffer Annual Training Edition, and she has published her book "The ABC's of Living Well: 26 Games for the Soul", and is working on her next books, one on Positive Team Coaching, and the other on Coaching Competencies.
Kathy earned a Bachelor’s degree from Mary Baldwin College, is a Certified Success Unlimited Network® (SUN) Coach, having completed the ICF-accredited coach training and certification program, and has attained her Professional Coach credential from the International Coach Foundation. She lives in Hanover, Virginia with her husband Ron, and enjoys pottery, writing, knitting, golfing, painting, and playing with her Corgis and Chihuahua.
