I am a Master Certified Coach, and I offer a collaborative, motivating and fun approach to coaching by partnering with individuals to learn how to thrive in their world.  Having worked in IT since before PCs were invented, I've experienced just about everything technology has produced, from coding to network engineering to analysis to management.  I understand the particular needs of those who work in the field. I blended my leadership coach training with my career experience to develop the PRISM Team Coaching approach, and used this approach to coach both technical and business teams to discover their own unique path to high-performance.  I am the author of PRISM Teams:  Coaching Prolific, Radically Innovative Self-Managed Teams, and the ABCs of Living Well. I train and mentor Leadership and Team Coaches, and am Past President of ICF Virginia and 2017 President of ACTO (Association of Coach Training Organizations). 

 

With 4 other talented coaches and coach trainers, I started up Radiance Partners, LLC.  We pride ourselves on developing the most talented, skilled and effective coaches I've ever seen, and in working with organizations to amp up producitvity and impact by building a Coaching Culture.  I'm currently Director of Education for Radiance.  I've been coaching since 2008, and training coaches since 2013.  I live in Richmond, Virginia with my husband of many years, 2 adorable corgis, one precious chihuahua, and my beloved art studio, creating pottery, quilts, jewelry and the occasional painting.
